Well it's official. As of 7:45 this evening I am offically off thin mints. It's a darn shame too. Here's hoping this virus passes through quickly and doesn't take anymore prisoners. Thank goodness for helpful 15 year olds...
PS I just looked at the kitchen. Scratch that last part.

Thinking of teenagers--helpful or not--I thought it might be useful at some point for you to know that there is at least one teenager in the universe who didn't get her driver's license the moment she turned 16. Seven weeks after the birthday, we don't even have a specific date in mind. It might even be summer before that happens.
I hope you're feeling better soon.
I hope you and the kids are better soon. I love you!
So sorry you're feeling sick. You should have banished Little Girl to her room when she showed signs of illness. I guess you had to do that motherly task of giving hugs to the sick, germ-spewing children. And now look where it's gotten you.
I was thinking how much I wish MY almost 15-year-old would be helpful and then I saw the reality check at the end of your post. It made me feel sad for you (to be sick AND to have a messy kitchen), but it did make me feel a tad less guilty about my lack-luster teaching of cleaning skills.
Thanks for all your well wishes! I think we are coming around...
I hope you guys are feeling better. I have noticed that blogger is messing with the followers application. I am not showing up as a follower on your blog anymore, but I still am. I'm sure they'll fix the glitch. I just didn't want you to think I was offended with your throw up post.
So was that pictogram on the door of a special "vomiting only" room? I want that sign!
